Owned by the McKevitt family, Terra is the largest family-owned cream liqueur producer in Ireland and one of the longest established in the world with its roots going back to the very creation of the product category back in 1970’s. At this time, the original owners of the factory, R & J Emmet & Co., began producing Irish Creams Liqueurs and soon after its establishment Patsy McKevitt became its Plant Manager.

In the early 1990’s, the Emmet’s factory and its brands were taken over by the market leader in the cream liqueur category. Under the continued management of Patsy, they upgraded and operated the facility until 1995 when Patsy bought it from them and formed Terra Ltd.

Today, with its renowned expertise in cream liqueur technology and wholly owned by the McKevitt family, Terra proudly develops, produces and bottles superior quality Irish Cream Liqueurs alongside an array of alcoholic beverages for our customers who include some of the most prestigious retailers and International Drinks companies worldwide.

Maloney’s Irish Country Cream

Maloney’s Irish Country Cream is a smooth blend of rich Irish dairy cream, chocolate and vanilla flavors, wine and Irish spirits and has low alcohol strength of less than 14% by volume.

Because Maloney’s has low alcohol strength and as it includes fermented alcohol in its ingredients, it can, in many markets, be sold in wine and beer stores where higher strength spirits are not available.

Its smooth texture is derived from the quality of the pure and fresh Irish dairy cream that we use at Terra which we source locally from the surrounding dairy lands.

Maloney’s Irish Country Cream is a winner of many accolades including a Gold Medal from the prestigious Blas Na Eireann Irish Food and Drinks Awards.

This award winning product delivers a delicious tasting low alcohol cream based drink at an exceptional price and is enjoyed in markets as far as far East as Russia and as far West as the USA.

Maloney’s is best consumed over ice, chilled or in coffee or mixed with your favorite spirit and as it contains fresh cream; it is not advisable to mix with citric based drinks.

We recommend that once opened, the product should be consumed within 3 months for optimal taste experience and that it should be stored away from temperature extremes and direct sunlight.
